1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be informed through call or WhatsApp.

  • Amount refunded depends on how early the cancellation is done.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 24 hours before the journey: Partial refund (as discussed during booking)

  • Same day cancellation: No refund

  • No-show (Passenger doesn’t arrive): No refund

Note: Any booking charges or unavoidable expenses will be deducted.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund is processed only through the same method of payment (if applicable).

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 working days.

  • Any applicable deduction will be informed in advance.

3. Modification of Booking

  • Date/time change is subject to bus availability.

  • Extra charges may apply for additional distance or timing.

4. Company Rights

Shivpal Travels reserves the right to:

  • Modify cancellation rules during peak season or special events

  • Cancel booking in case of emergency, technical issues, or safety concerns

In such cases:

5. Severe Conditions & Uncontrollable Events

No refund will be issued if delays or cancellations occur due to:

  • Weather problems

  • Traffic restrictions

  • Strikes or natural events

  • Road accidents or breakdowns beyond control
