By using the services of Shivpal Travels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to bus availability.

  • Booking is confirmed only after proper communication via call/WhatsApp.

  • Customer must provide accurate travel details during booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are decided during booking communication.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra distance, time, or last-minute changes.

  • Any pending amount must be cleared before journey completion.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation must be informed as early as possible.

  • Refund policy (if applicable) is based on booking time and arrangements already made.

  • No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must:

  • Arrive on time at pickup points

  • Maintain cleanliness inside the bus

  • Treat bus staff respectfully

  • Follow safety instructions given by the driver

Damage to the bus due to passenger actions will be chargeable.

5. Luggage & Belongings

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • Shivpal Travels is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited inside the bus.

  • Misbehaviour with staff or co-passengers may result in termination of service without refund.

  • Driver’s decision regarding safety and driving rules shall be final.

7. Service Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Roadblocks or emergencies

Shivpal Travels is not responsible for delays or any losses caused by such circumstances.

8. Changes in Route

  • Route changes are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

  • Company reserves right to change the bus if required due to maintenance or operational needs.

9. Company Rights

Shivpal Travels reserves the right to:

  • Deny service to any passenger violating terms

  • Modify these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice
